This program is designed to equip the Emergency Control Organisation (ECO) members with the knowledge and skills required to effectively perform the duties and safely evacuate the workplace in the event of an emergency, enhancing skills in risk assessment, emergency prevention, preparedness, and recovery.

This program covers aspects of the Chief Warden/Emergency Coordinator through to ECO Wardens, including the roles of Deputy Chief Warden and Communications Officer.

ComSafe will provide training across a range of emergencies such as personal threat, bomb threat, fire, chemical incidents, medical and many more.

The program has been designed to align to the Australian Standards 3745-2010 Planning for emergencies in facilities, AS 1851-2012 Routine service of fire protection systems and WHS Legislation. Contextualisation to meet the site-specific Emergency Management Plan to enhance your procedures will also be considered as well as a Healthcare Option to align with Australian Standard 4083-2010 Planning for emergencies health care facilities.
